You have 7 days to complete the Move-in / Move-out checklist (MIMO). EPM will take high quality video of the property to document its condition. The MIMO is your responsibility and there to protect yourself in the event of a disagreement.
Your tenant handbook is a binding document that is attached to your lease paperwork. Our website version is a living document and updated as needed. Please take the time to review the handbook as it is a very valuable resource.
