Grant from Established property management has been absolutely the very best to work with, I have had my rental property in Boise for 17 years. The property management company that I had was terrible, zero communication and the renters that they did get in our property destroyed it. I brought Established property management in and they coordinated all the repairs that was needed and he treated the property as if he was the owner, not over spending but getting the items that needed to be fixed to get it rented. He has great contacts for all the repair work, and they were fast clean and got the property from that horrible state to up and on the market very quickly. Grant is a wonderful, and completely understanding property manager. We had poor credit to start off the process, and instead of just denying us he worked with us by accepting a new way to cover the security deposit that he never dealt with before. I found it and he took the time to read everything and convinced the owner to allow it. Once we moved in everything went smoothly without a hitch! Just knowing that a property manager is truly willing to work with his tenants even when it is not something he is accustomed too speaks highly. He did a good job picking tenets and we really never had any problems with any of them other than normal fix it jobs that always occur.
