After 6 years honorable service in the US Air Force and earning his degree in Regional and Urban Planning, I began my journey in the Real Estate/Property management industry in 2013. From 2013-2019 with two other motivated partners helped build one of the largest and most successful management companies in Southern California. In 2019 I received news from my wife that we were expecting our first addition to the family…Living in Dana Point just a few blocks from the ocean wasn’t enough to keep us in California. We moved to Idaho in January 2020 (perfect timing), and I am so blessed and thankful for this State and with my hard-work and dedication to my profession hope to give back to my fellow Americans and community.
I am always looking for ways to reduce owner risk while increasing you investment returns. When I rarely get off-time I enjoy time with my wife and 2 children, fishing, hiking and serving at my local church.
Bradley Bybee is an experienced professional in the Real Estate/Property Management industry, with a career spanning over 11 years. He has built his business by prioritizing strong relationships, which he believes are built on integrity, trust, and effective communication. Bradley understands the importance of being an advocate for his clients and is dedicated to helping them achieve their investment goals.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Bradley has a fulfilling personal life. He is a loving husband and father, valuing the importance of family. He is also an Eagle Scout, which highlights his commitment to personal growth, leadership, and community service. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University, with a focus on Marketing and a minor in Communications.
Originally from Southern California, Bradley spent much of his childhood engaged in sports, surfing, and contributing to the community through his involvement in the Boy Scouts. Camping and outdoor activities were an integral part of his upbringing. In June of 2022, Bradley and his wife Brittany, along with their two young children, relocated to Star, ID. They quickly fell in love with the beauty and recreational opportunities Idaho has to offer, such as hiking, biking, fishing, and camping.
Bradley is passionate about making a positive impact on the Property Management industry in Idaho. Through his partnership with Established Property Management, he aims to provide a seamless, financially beneficial, and hassle-free partnership for clients.
